GACA
Design System

Overview
GACA required a singular digital vernacular to unify a sprawling ecosystem. The mandate was to move beyond fragmented interfaces and architect a high-performance design system, a foundational asset capable of anchoring the Kingdom’s civil aviation future.

The Challenge
Visual Fragmentation: The absence of a unified standard led to inconsistent interfaces and a diluted brand presence.
Operational Latency: Redundant problem-solving across silos stalled delivery and increased technical debt.
Scalability Thresholds: Design capacity was capped by the lack of a shared, modular framework.
The Solution
I engineered a definitive design framework to serve as GACA's source of truth. By shifting the focus from individual screens to a systemic architecture, I executed:
Core Foundation: Defined the visual principles and patterns that anchor the Authority’s digital identity.
Component Architecture: A robust library of intelligent UI elements, tokens, typography, and patterns, built for speed and precision.
Workflow Integration: Direct embedding of the system into the development lifecycle to ensure frictionless adoption.
Institutional Alignment: Establishing the governance and documentation required to scale quality without compromise.
The Result
A dominant design legacy. This system has converted fragmented efforts into a unified digital force, drastically reducing time-to-market while ensuring that every GACA product is born from a foundation of prestige and scalable efficiency.
