Commissioned by the Founder to translate a high-level vision into a dominant market presence, I led the end-to-end architecture of Hadiya. The mandate was to engineer Bahrain’s first social commerce engine, a singular, scalable ecosystem that converts the complexity of gift-giving into a high-performance digital ritual.

The Challenge
Selection Paralysis: Fragmented traditional methods created cognitive load, leading to inconsistent and frustrated decision-making.
