Overview
Commissioned to redefine the digital gateway of the Ministry of Interior, the mandate was to architect a high-performance intranet and service portal. My objective was to replace a fragmented legacy structure with a definitive digital vernacular that ensures absolute accessibility and operational efficiency for the Kingdom’s citizens and internal sectors.

Aesthetic & Functional Obsolescence: Outdated interface logic hindered user autonomy and failed to meet modern sovereign standards.

Global Benchmarking: An exhaustive audit of international best-in-class sovereign portals to inform a world-class UX/UI strategy.
Architectural Synthesis: A complete restructuring of the sitemap, replacing complexity with a streamlined, intuitive navigation hierarchy.
Inclusive Engineering: Integrating adaptive accessibility features, including dynamic typography and high-contrast environments (Light/Dark mode) to ensure universal access.
Iterative Validation: Rigorous benchmarking and internal stakeholder alignment to ensure the solution performed under the weight of diverse national demands.
